Senior Member Matthias Posted yesterday at 05:05 PM Senior Member Share Posted yesterday at 05:05 PM (edited) Hi guys, after applying topical minoxidil my scalp skin shed in bits as large as a coin, I attach a picture. Does anyone know what this is exactly and can tell the name of the condition? What would it ideally be treated with? I was diagnosed with folliculitis a long time ago, is this possibly related? Moderators Al - Moderator Posted 2 hours ago Moderators Share Posted 2 hours ago Although its greasy, it can really dry out your scalp. You may want to try switching to oral minoxidil. 1 Al Forum Moderator (formerly BeHappy) I am a paid forum moderator for hairrestorationnetwork.com.
