(NW-7) Transplanting all hair from sides and rear to top.

Considering someone is NW 7, can't we transplant all hair from sides and rear to give him a hair with zero sides like this and then hide scarring with tattoos.

This might help to get a permanent HIGH and TIGHT fade hair cut with less density, for people who can't tolerate 5AR inhibitors or have gone beyond NW5.

I've considered this and thought it could definitely work, even if you've had prior FUT you could do max FUE and then tattoo over. I would consider SMP for sides but it definitely bleeds/fades into blue after about 6 years. 

 

I haven't seen anyone actually do it yet though. Another thing is surgeons don't like harvesting anterior to the ear due to the temporal artery at that location.
