Regular Member Kamran10 Posted Tuesday at 11:15 PM Regular Member Share Posted Tuesday at 11:15 PM You’ve probably heard of Chris Bumstead (Cbum), a well-known figure who had his hair transplant done at the clinic you mentioned in Turkey. Unfortunately, the results appeared very unnatural, and there are many experts on YouTube videos analyzing his hair transplant . If they didn’t deliver good results for a celebrity, what can you expect for yourself? The outcome of a hair transplant depends on several factors, including the clinic's experience, the doctor's expertise, their team's skill, the technique used, donor hair management, and a focus on detail rather than rushing the procedure. I advise you to avoid the hair mills in Turkey that prioritize marketing over quality, as their results tend to be subpar. If budget isn’t a concern, I recommend Dr. Zarev in Bulgaria or Dr Pitela in Brazil ; there are numerous successful cases in this forum, and I haven’t seen any poor results from them. If you are on a budget, consider doctors and clinics approved by the HRN.
Senior Member Doron Harati Posted Wednesday at 08:55 AM Senior Member Share Posted Wednesday at 08:55 AM RULE #1, don't go to cheap hair mill in Turkey (or any other country), I myself got botch by Arenamed the hair mill in Turkey then had successful repairs at HDC Clinic where I work now, please save yourself this bad experience, it was the most horrific experience I ever had in my life and I got lucky I could have repairs. Don't put a dead line and do research, many celebs have bad hair transplants so better to follow personal reviews like in this forum. 3 Doron Harati - Patient coordinator for HDC Hair Clinic. Yes, it’s an awful clinic. Spend loads of time browsing & learning on here and develop an understanding of what makes a good HT a good HT. Then look a clinics and review their results using your newly developed knowledge & understanding of what to look for. Also remember that a HT should be the very last resort, and buzzcuts/shaving down should be the very first step in your journey before committing to anything more serious like medication & surgery.

Leandro
That’s my hair situation, I didn’t see many cases as mine in the hair mill in turkey, when I asked about them if they could show me any patients with similar hair los , they jus skipped ever time . In my case I think I would need 6000 graft to cover all area, is that possible?

One surgeon that is worth looking at is Dr Pittella. There are a lot of high Norwood cases like your posted with results posted by patients on this forum. All the best. 1 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix
Senior Member Britanium Posted yesterday at 12:11 AM Senior Member Share Posted yesterday at 12:11 AM Definitely worth giving the totally shaven look a go, with a good beard such as yours then you may actually like the look! The cheapest and easiest way to see if you could suit and get used to the change of image. If not then I would suggest to do as much research as possible before making any decisions, it's a good job you landed here before just jumping in and heading to a hair mill, hair transplants are tough enough without taking unessessery risks.

Regular Member Kamran10 Posted 5 hours ago Regular Member Share Posted 5 hours ago (edited) Your donor area appears very good, so it’s important to select a clinic that can effectively utilize the grafts, especially since you have a significant area to cover. I didn’t find any clinics in Turkey that can address such a large area. For a high Norwood 7, your best options are Dr. Pittella in Brazil and Dr. Zarev in Bulgaria. Additionally, you’ll likely need at least 9,000 grafts for full coverage, which might require using beard hair. Finasteride can also help improve your lower crown, though I’m not sure if you’re currently on medication. Edited 5 hours ago by Kamran10
